I am passionate about developing people to help them achieve their personal and professional goals. After 25 years gaining valuable experience across three countries, with both corporate and start-up/fast growth organisations, I am excited to work with people and teams keen to unlock their potential. My work is focused on three areas in particular: - 121 Coaching - the focus is generally either around personal development or career transition - Business Advisory - holding Founders and CEOs/MDs to account, as an objective third party, to their personal and business goals. - Workshop Facilitation - particularly on subjects such as Management, Coaching, Culture/Team Building. I am also continuing to find ways to utilise my GHMM framework, in support of helping people to create a more fulfilling (and less miserable) experience at work.
