Mike is the Co-CEO of Oxygen Advisors and one of New Zealand’s most experienced startup finance leaders. He has helped raise more than $200m in capital (with Oxygen supporting over $600m) and has worked with many of the country’s most promising startups, including Tracksuit, Partly, Basis, and Timescapes. Mike has a deep understanding of capital strategy, SaaS metrics, and the realities of scaling a startup - from building robust financial models to navigating international expansion and managing investor relationships. He’s passionate about helping founders and focuses on giving pragmatic and actionable advice.
