I offer a people-centric approach to leadership development, with introspection, humour, and genuine human connection. I am a calm, observant and safe pair of hands. My goal is to create a low-pressure space where you can explore your thinking and bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be. With over 20 years of experience leading and developing diverse teams in the NZ banking and technology sectors, I’ve learned that effective leadership is fundamentally about people. I specialise in identifying 'diamonds in the rough', talented individuals who may not yet see their own potential, and helping them navigate the self-imposed roadblocks that hold them back. For the past five years, I’ve shared these insights through my ‘Leadership Penguins’ series on LinkedIn, and I use these relatable metaphors to simplify complex nuances, making essential traits like empathy, active listening, and compassion accessible and actionable for everyone.
