I bring over two decades of experience in leadership, people development and organisational culture. My coaching is known for being both transformational and deeply human. I bring a direct but warm style, using humour, grounded pragmatism and thoughtful questions to help people see new possibilities. My background includes senior leadership roles in a global tech company, where I designed and led people and culture strategy and coached leaders through rapid organisational change. I have a strong ability to create coaching spaces where people feel safe, energised and willing to look honestly at what is helping or hindering their growth. I work with leaders to strengthen their impact, navigate transition and build the confidence and clarity needed to lead with purpose.
