Hi I'm Andrew 👋 I’m a Kiwi design leader, team builder, facilitator, coach, dad, and a massive football geek. I’m Product Design Manager at Lyssna, and previously was Head of Design at Optimal Workshop, and the Experience Director at PaperKite. I'm also co-founder of Cam One - a sports tech startup. I love growing high performing teams and fostering a culture of creativity and innovation. I have led teams of Product Designers and UX specialists responsible for all aspects of design including research, interaction design, branding and content. With a broad range of leadership experiences, I work alongside other senior leaders to conceptualise and execute strategic plans at the organisational level. I'm passionate about contributing to the tech community to connect and be inspired from other like-minded folk.
