Hi I'm Andrew 👋 I’m a Kiwi design leader, team builder, facilitator, coach, dad, and a massive football geek. I’m Product Design Manager at Lyssna, and previously was Head of Design at Optimal Workshop, and the Experience Director at PaperKite. I'm also co-founder of Cam One - a sports tech startup. I love growing high performing teams and fostering a culture of creativity and innovation. I have led teams of Product Designers and UX specialists responsible for all aspects of design including research, interaction design, branding and content. With a broad range of leadership experiences, I work alongside other senior leaders to conceptualise and execute strategic plans at the organisational level.
